Praesens is a French-Belgian group that develops and deploys innovative mobility solutions to serve patients in a
decentralized approach, since 2017. Through next-generation technologies, Praesens is making healthcare more

A mobile and connected medical consultation room in support of medical deserts
Faced with the urgent need to strengthen access to healthcare in isolated areas, MEDIGO presents an innovative solution: a connected mobile medical vehicle, designed to offer consultations and preventive services close to populations in response to the challenges of medically underserved areas in urban, peri-urban and rural areas.
MEDIGO, based on the new Renault Master E-tech, will be available by the end of 2025.
Praesens is the technology integrator of the industrial solution and natural extension of the concept U1st vision presented at Vivatech in 2024.
Orders are now open, with Software République, Praesens, and Doxamed announcing its launch at Medintechs in Paris on March 10-11.

The most polyvalent and integrated health infrastructure – a rapidly deployable medical biological lab
The vehicle is built and equipped to offer a wide scope of health services. With the modular design, you can plug in the necessary high-quality lab equipment to establish a modified deployment to the area in need.
The vehicle has minimal installation time and is immediately deployable. Even long deployments in remote areas are possible thanks to the go-anywhere and self-sufficient infrastructure of the BIONEAR.

U1st Vision: Mobile services for you, closer to you
The “U1st” concept is made up of a ‘last-mile delivery platform’ with a health ‘pop-up’, designed to making healthcare secure, interoperable and accessible everywhere, without compromising on quality and privacy.
It is providing a modular solution to the challenges of ‘medical deserts’ by delivering an integrated one-stop mobile service to citizens, wherever they are, for preventive care, and diagnostics and monitoring of diseases.
Its aim is to redefine healthcare provision, taking advantage of our increasingly interconnected world and the new capabilities that allow for continuous health metrics measurement through smart devices while ensuring patients’ data privacy.
Twenty French technology-leading companies have collaborated and contributed to the project that revolutionizes access to healthcare. With Software République, we have redefined medical proximity with an innovative vehicle, adaptable and customizable according to the final users' need and project.
